The rates include a rich breakfast with seasonal fruits, homemade cakes, locally produced jams and much more; sterilized bed linen and towels which for long stays are changed every three nights.

Upon request, Mimì and Cocò prepare continental breakfast (€ 5 per person)

Check-In

Check in: 11-12am or 7-9pm.
Check out: by 10 am.
Check-ins and check-outs outside of this range are to be agreed with Mimì and Cocò in advance, and an additional cost of € 5 is requested per reservation (not per person).

Rules and conditions

After checking-in, you will have the keys of your apartment and rooms for the rest of your stay. Guests are not allowed to have other people in the structure. If the keys are not returned or are lost, an additional payment of € 100,00 is required as a penalty.

Guests are kindly asked not to leave valuables unattended outside and inside the rooms. Management refuses any responsibility for loss, theft or damage to property belonging to the guests and left unattended.
